Why use a wooden presser?

When you have many small pieces of fabric to press, it can be very annoying keeping an iron hot and ready. Also great to have handy when you want to press something and you don't want to wait for your iron to get hot.

What makes our pressers special?

We stabilize the wood using resin, cook them and then turn each one by hand on a lathe. This makes the wood heat resistant, and stronger than unprepared wood.

What a beautiful tool with wonderful craftsmanship!! I ordered the purple because my first choice was out of stock, but this one was much prettier than I thought (hard to tell the whole story from a computer screen. It is comfortable to use and the perfect size. It works like a dream when I need a quick press while at the sewing machine. It also creases fabric or paper to perfection. I will no doubt order a second one especially for paper crafting. Then, of course, there’s all those other colors I love as well…

This is my second because I loved my first one sooo much. I wanted a second with my other machine. That way it is easily accessible for my other project. Can't have just one project at a time.
