Bernina Low Shank Adapters

Many of you won't need to purchase the Low Shank adapter

  • If your machine came with one (Older Bernina 830 and older) many came with it.
  • If you bought a felling foot from Bernina years back they sold it with the foot screwed on.
  • If your machine is newer (2007 and newer) You may have the Bernina Snap on shank in your kit.
  • If you purchased a generic foot for your machine in the past, the adapter may still be attached to the foot you bought.

If your sewing machine has a presser foot that is long like the foot you see pictured to the right, then you need an adapter in order to use the Creative Feet as our feet are snap on feet.

If your Bernina came with the Berinina snap on Adapter Shank shown on the right, you may snap our feet right onto it.
